Deep Cleaning (includes Standard Clean)

Our deep cleaning package is a much deeper level cleaning compared to our basic cleaning package. It is designed to get your home cleaned from top to bottom. It is ideal as occasional cleaning at any time of the year. Our deep cleaning packages typically take around 2 to 10+ hour(s) to complete depending on the size and condition of your home. We work in teams of 2-4 or more. A team leader or the owner will attend the cleaning to ensure that every aspect of your home, as described in this package, gets detailed attention. Deep cleaning takes extra time, but you will see and feel the results. Add whatever you like from our Options Menu

Whole-house
Wipe clean baseboards
Clean windows inside only (If can be reach by 2 step stool)
Clean windows blinds
Wipe down furniture
Vacuum/dust/clean blinds
Vacuum upholstery and under cushions
Brush off lamp shades/wipe lamp bases
Dusting of light fixtures
Dust fans, heat/ac vents (If can be reach by 2 step stool)
Remove cobwebs
Dust clean all doors both sides
Floors will be vacuumed and moped

Kitchen
Clean microwave interior
Clean the refrigerator and freezer (Food must be remove)
Clean and degrease oven and under-stovetop
Scrub clean counter tops and back splash
Vacuum and mop floors
Wipe clean cabinets inside and out (inside will not be clean if there are dishes)

Standard Clean

When you set up ongoing cleaning, we’ll continue with our Standard Cleaning list, and you may request a Deep Clean or optional items whenever you wish (with an additional charge based on your request). If you are considering weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings, we highly recommend getting the Deep Cleaning package first, then reverting back to our recurring Standard services for weekly, by-weekly or monthly cleaning. Unless you’ve had ongoing cleaning services, or are an especially thorough housekeeper, we recommend that your first appointment be a deep clean.

ALL PRICES MIGTH BE ESTIMATED BASED on hourly rate. ( Please note every job is different )
$155 per hour and this includes a team of 2-3 with all the tools and supplies.
Move-in and move-out cleanings generally follow our deep clean task list, minus those tasks that don’t apply because furniture has been removed or hasn’t arrived yet.

After the quote is accepted, we’ll schedule one or two of our expert technicians to come to your residence or business with all the tools necessary for the job. Afterward, we’ll follow-up and make sure you’re more than satisfied with what we’ve done.

What We Don't Do

We do not provide laundry services
We do not provide dishes washing services
Move heavy furniture or lift heavy items (over 25 lbs).
Use ladders other than two step stepladders.
Clean outside windows unless they can be easily accessed from the inside (the kind that flip around).
Outside windows are additional service and its order separate
Clean excessively moldy areas (requires a professional).
We love pets! But for the safety of our staff, we won’t enter homes with barking/aggressive dogs unless they are properly restrained (all sizes of dogs).
Use toxic chemicals you supply unless approved beforehand (we’re fine with using your non-toxic cleaners).
Ironing.
Clean plasma TV’s, computer screens or equipment, except for dusting tops.
Clean human waste, pet waste or cat litter – if you want us to clean area soiled by your pet, you must remove any waste
before we arrive.
